The POP UP market "Strasse" vol.4 will be held at both the Little $uzie Apartment Osaka and Tokyo stores.
This time, we will be welcoming HAHAHAUS (healthy tea), Udon Irosai (dashi stock packs), Ankoya Pe (anko packs), and HAN HAN (incense).
Although we are looking forward to spring, the cold season still lingers. We have a wide selection of products that will warm and soothe your body and soul, so please come and visit us.

Healthy Tea
We offer a variety of suggestions, including original herbal teas based on traditional Chinese medicine and made from medicinal and edible herbs that have been around since ancient times, to provide time for self-understanding and self-discovery.
This time, we will also be selling the second original blend, "YOIN TEA -Aftertaste Tea-", created in collaboration with Little $uzie.
We also offer medicinal soup sets that can be used together with Udon Irosai's dashi packs.

Dashi Pack
Udon Shikisai has been in Hoshidate, Tsurumi Ward, Osaka for 10 years.
This udon restaurant takes pride in its homemade noodles, its soup stock made in a unique ratio, and its tempura fried in cottonseed oil.
"SHIKISAI DASHI" is a dashi stock pack made with the exact same ingredients as those used in our store.
Completely additive-free and salt-free.
Made with dried bonito, bonito flakes, dried mackerel, dried round urume, and Rishiri kelp.
It can be used for all kinds of Japanese cuisine, including udon, miso soup, hot pot, oden, and simmered dishes.
It is completely additive-free, so it is also recommended as baby food.

Anko Pack
We run a specialty bean paste shop and coffee shop in Mimasaka City, Okayama Prefecture. We make gently sweet bean paste using only red beans and raw sugar.
In addition to selling red bean paste, we will also be selling zenzai kits this time.

Incense

In addition to his work as a Koh-shi, he has recently studied Shino-ryu Kodo, placing emphasis on emotional communication through scent, and is exploring the deeper world of fragrance through traditional techniques and modern sensibilities .
